Peter PhillipsOJMP (born 28 December 1949) is a Jamaican politician who has served as the MP for Saint Andrew East Central since 1993.

Phillips was born in Kingston to Mico Teachers' College lecturer Aubrey Sylvester Phillips and civil servant Thelma Limonius Phillips.
