Richard Adeniyi Biography

Otunba Richard Adeniyi Adebayo was born in Lagos, Nigeria, on February 4th, 1958 to Major General Robert Adeyinka Adebayo. Adebayo was the first civilian governor of Ekiti State between May 29th, 1999, and May 29th, 2003.

His father once served as the Military Governor of the then Western Region.

Between 1962 and 1968, Niyi Adebayor attended Corona School Yaba before proceeding to University of Lagos Staff School in 1968 for his primary education.
